Simplified Method of Determining the C.S.F. Gluecose Concentration

Abstract

|
An attempt was made to device a method of determining the spinal fluid glucose utilizing water bath heated by either electrically of by alcohol lamp which is simple enough to be operated and installed. The results of 150 cases tested by this method, "5 tube method" were found to be comparable with that of Folin-Wu method for spinal fluid glilcose determination .
